7-day refund
Your first purchase can be refunded in full within 7 days, no questions asked. Write to us from the Contact page.
Cancelling a monthly plan
Cancel any time from Settings. You stay Pro until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then move to Free.
Passes
6-month and 1-year passes are one payment and never renew. After the first 7 days they aren’t refundable.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
