Nothing is shipped
DSA Factory is an online service. We don’t sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges.
When you get access
Your pass starts as soon as your payment goes through, usually within a minute. You use it by signing in at dsafactory.com with the same email.
If access doesn’t start
If you’ve paid and your account still shows the free plan after 15 minutes, write to support@dsafactory.com with the email you paid from. We’ll sort it out.
